Falling into place.

Today's outfit, courtesy of some bay area shopping...thanks mom! Here's some Pretty Lights- Wrong Platform

So this is all magically came together so fast! I can't thank the universe and everyone around me enough for all the love and positive vibrations you've been projecting my way. It was been such a wonderful and exciting weekend for me! I flew down last thursday to the bay to tour the art academy and get registered for next semester (tomorrow is my last day of online summer classes, yay!) and get all the details about campus and whatnot. The fine art building is amazing! I can't wait to get some figure modeling done and meet a whole new bunch of people :} But the best part was finding an apartment to call my home there!! After a few unsuccessful and scam filled experiences, it all fell right into my lap, the perfect fit! After many email exchanges, Mary and I decided to meet up at a bunny outreach event in fillmore and after we went over to check out her place. And OH-MY-GOSH is the place gorgeous! It's just in North Beach on Greenwich and Powell. I've got the front two rooms that are connected, but have a sliding divider in between which is real nice. The kitchen is wonderful and stocked full of yummy cooking supplies. The offset dinning area, accessorized with christmas lights, is going to be fun to dine in. And there's a garden/patio space that all the tenant share and is on our ground level. So beautiful and spacious. I can see myself painting out there on a nice day...with the lemon tree smell wafting into my nose :} Such a beautiful thought...such a beautiful place...and I get to call it my home. It's so awesome! Mary, my roomie, is an older woman who moved to san fran back in the 70s and has stayed here since. She is so wonderful and eccentric...in all the best ways. I love her, she's so silly and creative. I love her photos! Her buns are adorable too. I would love to have a lop of my own! Oh and my place is just a few blocks from the fine art studios! I can walk or ride my bike! The Bueno Vista is just a few minutes walk down towards the warf...so glad I got to sip on some of their irish coffees over the weekend. MmmmMmm, whisky! Washington Square park is just a block a way as well, along with a Sunday Market. And boy do I love markets. Fresh produce is so nummy yummy! I can't wait to walk over with my basket and pick out green and such. I'll be a laundry mat girl now too, since we don't have our own washer and dryer. I wonder what adventures I will experience there. We'll have to wait and see!

Anyway, my attention is sliding off to other things so I'll leave you with a few photos and a bit of music. Cheers!
